INA Membership

International Nursing Alliance (INA) - Membership Agreement
Effective Date: 1st May 2025
This Membership Agreement ("Agreement") outlines the terms and conditions of membership with the International Nursing Alliance (INA), a not-for-profit organization registered in Canada.
1. Membership Eligibility
Membership is open to individuals who are:
 Nurses
 Nursing students and nursing assistants
All members must uphold INA's mission, values, and ethical standards.
2. Membership Types and Fees
 Class A Members: Annual fee of CAD $500; includes voting rights and access to exclusive programs and events. Requires BOD approval
 Class B Members: Free for the first year; no voting rights; includes access to exclusive programs and events. Requires BOD approval.
Memberships are valid for 12 months and are renewable annually.
3. Member Responsibilities
Members agree to:
 Support INA's mission to connect, support, engage, and empower nurses globally.
 Respect other members and participate in community events ethically and professionally.
 Refrain from using INA resources or name for personal or commercial gain without written permission.
4. Termination of Membership
INA reserves the right to terminate a membership if a member:
 Violates the Code of Conduct
 Engages in behavior harmful to the organization or its members
 Fails to comply with this agreement or INA's bylaws
Members may cancel their membership by providing written notice to INA at any time.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds are available within 14 days of membership payment, provided the member has not accessed exclusive services or benefits. After 14 days, membership fees are non-refundable.
6. Privacy and Communications
Members agree to receive email communications related to INA events, updates, and opportunities. INA will protect members' personal information in accordance with Canadian privacy laws and INA's Privacy Policy.
7. Amendments
INA reserves the right to amend this agreement with prior notice to members. Continued participation in INA indicates acceptance of updated terms.
By becoming a member of INA, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by the terms of this Membership Agreement.
